Laboratory of diffraction research methods
The Laboratory of Diffraction Research Methods, being the structural subdivision of the Institute, belongs to the Multiple-Access Center as the Department of X-ray Diffraction Research.
Main research activity
The study of single crystals, polycrystals, amorphous substances and materials, as well as solutions with nanosize particles by means of X-ray structural analysis, X-ray diffraction and X-ray phase analysis, small angle X-ray scattering, scanning electron microscopy, as well as by quantum-chemical methods.
The objects of research are supramolecular compounds, metal complexes with polycyclic and macrocyclic molecules, complex carcass and polycyclic organic and organoelement compounds, carbon nanoparticles, natural and biologically active organic compounds, as well as their permolecular and supramolecular organization.
