Laboratory of phosphorus analogues of natural compounds
Laboratory of phosphorus-containing analogues of natural compounds was formed in 2008 through the association of the Laboratory of phosphorylated analogues of natural compounds (V.F.Mironov) and the Laboratory of chemistry of natural compounds (V.E.Kataev).
Main research activity
- Chemical transformation of glycosides of S.rebaudiana plant and steviol diterpenoidforthesynthesisofthenewtypeofsemi-syntheticcompounds-Î-glycosides, hybridcompoundsof rebaudiosides and diterpenoidswith anti-TBdrug“Isoniazid” as well as macrocyles and polymacrocyclic systems based on one or more molecules of diterpenoids.
- General approach to the synthesis of phosphorus-containing analogues of natural compounds with P-C bond, based on the reactionsof homo- and heteroatomic multiple bonds with phosphorus (III) and phosphorus(V) derivatives, including the carcass phosphoranes, phosphacoumarins and functionally substitutedphosphine oxides.
